Request Account Deletion

You can request the permanent deletion of your Celestial Arc account and all associated personal data at any time. This page explains how to make a request and exactly what happens to your data.

How to Request Deletion

From inside the app (fastest)

Open Celestial Arc, go to Settings, then tap Delete My Account and confirm the prompt. Your account and data are erased immediately and you are signed out.

By email

If you can no longer access the app, email us at the address listed on your Google Play store listing (developer contact) with the subject line "Celestial Arc — Account Deletion Request" and the email address registered to your account. We will process your request and confirm once deletion is complete.

What Gets Deleted

Login credentials and account access
Your name and email address
Birth date, birth time, and birth location (city, coordinates, timezone)
Your cosmic profile, sun/moon/rising signs, birth chart, and planetary positions
Numerology calculations and saved readings
Cached horoscopes and AI-generated insights

What Is Kept / Retention

Upon deletion, all personal data listed above is removed immediately with no additional retention period. The only data that may be retained is fully anonymized, aggregate usage analytics that can no longer be linked to you or your account.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. To use Celestial Arc again after deletion, you will need to register a new account.
